The New Carlton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, is a highly established facility providing short and long term rehabilitation, psychological and psychiatric services, palliative, comfort and hospice care, and much more. Having a small and close knit staff community, we harness extremely friendly and harmonious working relationships with one other and ultimately, our patients. Our 24 hour skilled and sub-acute nursing care uses creative and compassionate methods to interact with the residents and offers a very large variety of programs and activities based on a resident's interests, needs, and abilities. In the end, we simply strive to, above all else, provide quality care for our patients and keep them happy.
